Peony quilted jacket

Cotton jacquard quilted jacket. Print designed in our Parisian studio and then hand-applied onto the fabric using a block printing technique (Indian artisan technique). Two large appliqué pockets. A small pocket on the chest. Removable quilted belt. Buttons on the front covered with fabric. Lined.

Composition:

Main fabric: 100% cotton voile.
Buttons: covered with 100% cotton.
Lining: 100% Cotton.

Hand-wash only. Wash separately. Do not soak.
Do not whiten.
Iron at a maximum average temperature of 110°C.
Do not have professionally dry-cleaned.
Don't tumble-dry.

This unique and handmade piece is a gorgeous example of when French creativity meets traditional Indian artisan techniques. The print is designed in Paris and then applied by hand using a block print technique in our Indian studios. This ancestral tradition, honed by artisans in its originating country of India, consists of sculpting designs into a wooden block and then printing these designs onto fabric by manually pressing the block soaked in dye onto the fabric. The final print, irregular but unique, is created by layering impressions left by the blocks, each with their own pattern and colour.

For a size EU 38/S:
Total length: 72cm.
Chest measurement: 108cm.
Shoulder width: 52cm.
Sleeve length: 51cm.

Remove 1cm for a size EU 36/XS.
Add 1cm for each size above.
Add/take off 4cm per size for the chest measurement.

The model is 178cm tall.
