Hida print skirt

Cotton jacquard miniskirt. Print designed in our Parisian studio and then hand-applied onto the fabric using a block printing technique (Indian artisan technique). Zip fastening.

Main fabric: 100% cotton jacquard.
Buttons: 100% mother of pearl
Lining: 100% cotton

This unique and handmade piece is a gorgeous example of when French creativity meets traditional Indian artisan techniques. The print, designed in Paris, has been hand-applied to the fabric, using a block printing technique. This ancestral Indian tradition, upheld by Indian artisans, consists of sculpting designs into a wooden block, then printing these designs onto fabric by manually pressing down on the block, imbibed with dye. The final print, irregular yet unique, is created using a layering of impressions created by the blocks, each with its own design and colour.

Total length: 45cm.
Waist measurement: 72cm.

Add/take off 1cm per size for the total length.
Add/take off approx. 4cm per size for the waist measurement.
