Hida print blouse

Cotton voile fluid blouse. Print designed in our Parisian studio and then hand-applied onto the fabric using a block printing technique (Indian artisan technique). Round neckline. Gathered at the shoulders. Balloon sleeves fastened at the wrists with a button. Ties at the collar. Handmade pompoms. Natural mother of pearl buttons.

This unique and handmade piece is a gorgeous example of when French creativity meets traditional Indian artisan techniques. The print, designed in Paris, has been hand-applied to the fabric, using a block printing technique. This ancestral Indian tradition, upheld by Indian artisans, consists of sculpting designs into a wooden block, then printing these designs onto fabric by manually pressing down on the block, imbibed with dye. The final print, irregular yet unique, is created using a layering of impressions created by the blocks, each with its own design and colour. Each pompom is made by hand.

For a size EU 38/S:
Total length: 62cm.
Chest measurement: 100cm.
Shoulder width: 30cm.
Sleeve length: 62cm.

Take off 1cm for size EU 36/XS.
Add 1cm for each size above.
Add/take off 4cm per size for the chest measurement.

The model is 176cm tall.
